1. Click App Store icon on Dock.
2. Type Swift Playgrounds in Search field and hit Enter button on a keyboard.
- Quick way -- Follow step 2.1 to download and install the APP
- Best practice -- Follow step 2.2 to check the developer name before downloading and installing the APP.
2.1 Click GET and INSTALL button to install the APP.
2.2 Click the APP's sample screenshot to see more detail. Check a developer name to ensure it is Apple. Click GET and INSTALL button to download and install the APP.
3. Once the installation is complete, the button will be changed to OPEN. Click OPEN button to open the APP.
After opening Swift Playgrounds application, you can download courses under More Playgrounds topic.
I have already downloaded Learn to Code 1 and Learn to Code 2. So, the screenshots below show how to download Hello, Byte course instead.
1. Under More Playgrounds topic, click Hello, Byte or the course's cover picture.
2. Hello, Byte course will be moved to the top area. When the course is downloaded successfully, the cover picture wil be changed from gray colour to the actual picture.
3. Double-click the downloaded course you interest and let's start learning Swift !!
